Our initiatives are focus on empowering leadership that leads towards the attainment of societys´s development through sustainable implementation and facilitation of leardership projects. These projects shall be in the form of collaboration with civil societies, organizations, individuals, government agencies and other stakeholders. The projects unfolds in different forms and formats, such as:


The cross-road between a country´s sustained growth and development should be viewed through the lense of how a country can build up a sustained capacity that enables a country to maintain a sustained growth and development.


Leadership is the most important component in the complex process of economic growth.  To continue to create a thriving economy for Africa’s future, leaders must be creative in growing their capacity for leadership as the key driver of change.  New possibilities are available to all of us when we see that everyone in a company/organisation/community has the capacity to lead.  By fostering environments of empowerment, all leaders – even the unlikely - can step up and take action. 

Leadership Africa is a project that will help promote interchange of knowledge. It is a leadership technic where participants learn firsthand about the critical issues facing their respective countries as compared to Scandinavian countries through an intensive behind-the-scenes program that provides access to the key cmmunity and business leadership in Scandinavia. This program will enable participants to:

  • Explore our Scandinavia’s diverse regions, assets, economies, issues, and people through direct interaction with leaders and places;
  • Develop important and lasting relationships with a diverse community of business, organizations, cultures, government and educational leaders; and
  • Uncover and build upon their personal leadership strengths.

The Leadership Africa curriculum is designed for aspiring young leaders from all sectors of African societies to gain first-hand practical leadership experience in leading Scandinavian organizations and cultures in order to be exposed to leadership concepts and management techniques in practice and to become acquainted with working processes and business cultures in ?Scandinavian countries, and also to extend their international management competencies, and to initiate networks of cooperation partners between Scandinavian and African companies to enable them lead the way in creating an economy driven by educated, healthy, innovative, creative, committed and engaged people. 

Leadership Africa offers a comprehensive overview of the many critical facets of the Scandinavian economies and cultures, which provide participants with a greater depth of knowledge and help them in becoming more effective decision makers. 

We believe that leadership is a way of being that everyone can embrace, not a position in a hierarchy.  We believe it is demonstrated through informed actions grounded in an attitude of inclusion, innovation and opportunity. Leaders are those who take responsibility for their world – and Africa’s leaders should be of average citizens who may not think of themselves as leaders, but become leaders because of their commitment to their organizations, their communities and their countries. They are the diverse individuals who work in business, education, non-profit, and government. They hold a vision for how their communities can be, rally others around that vision, and collaborate with others to bring it to life.


The Policy Leaders Training is educational program meant for Africa legislators on their respective economies designed to provide a clear comparative understanding of Scandinavian legislators role in their economies, and the impact of public policy decisions on the economy.

The Policy Leaders training is an educational program for Africa´s Legislators on their economies. Program participants learn about:

  • Scandinavia’s dynamic economies, the drivers of long-term growth, and what it takes to achieve job creation.
  • Scandinavia’s regional economies, the interdependence and differences among these regions.
  • How business operates and how investment decisions are made.
  • The impact of public policy decisions on businesses and regional economies.

The result is better-informed decision-making by Africa’s Legislators.


Realize Scandinavia & Africa raises awareness of opportunities for young people (age 20-35) to realize their professional and personal aspirations in Scandinavia and Africa, and connects them to social, civic, and career opportunities throughout these regions.Young people are critical to long-range prosperity and quality of life.  In order to retain and attract more young aspiring and talented residents in these regions, Realize SWEDEN & AFRICA raises awareness of opportunities for young people to realize their professional and personal aspirations, and connects young people to social, civic, and career opportunities throughout these regions live, work and play.
