Joshua Ndip Ako

President & Founder of Helpafrica Organization

The President and Founder of Helpafrica Organization. He is also the cofounder of Scandinavian African Foundation for Growth all based in Stockholm. Before founding Helpafrica he was the Co-founder and project officer of Youths for African Renaissance in Cape town and also owned a sports company called Sports4africa in Cape town. He studied at the University of Cape town and have an Honours degree in International Development from London University; Political Science degree from Stockholm University in Sweden; Masters in Communication for Development at Malmö University in Sweden; Masters course in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge University of Technology in Sweden, Masters Course in Children, Culture, Globalization at Stockholm University, Masters course Human rights in the Middle East, Turkey and East Asia at Stockholm University, Certificate in Energy Sector Strategies to Support Green Growth obtained from World Bank Group, Certificate in "Understanding Economic Development" obtained from edX Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) offered by Sir Paul Collier, Professor of Economics and Public Policy Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford; Certificate in Financing for Development obtained from World Bank Group; and Certificate in "Engaging Citizens: A Game Changer for Development" obtained from World Bank Group.



Ayukekbong Ayukepi

Chief Operational Officer/Secretary general of Helpafrica Organization

Mr. Ayukekbong is the chief operational officer of Helpafrica organization. He is a PhD student at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. He had served at different levels in community and student organizations. He is a dedicated community empowerment campaigner.


Nana Yaw Osei-Darkwa

Mr. Nana Yaw Osei-Darkwa 

CEO Youth Icons of Ghana/International Relation Officer of Helpafrica based in Ghana

Mr Nana Yaw Osei-Darkwa, the founding president of Youth Icons Ghana and the first recipient globally of the Bruce W. Tancrell Memorial Scholarship for Peace and Nonviolence in 2011, a scholarship awarded to an individual doing great work in peace and nonviolence promotion around the world.





Jonas Nshimiyimana

Secretary of Local Projects in Stockholm

Mr Jonas Nshimiyimana is Helpafrica organization secretary incharge of projects related to African immigrants in Stockholm. He has an extensive knowledge in immigrants issues and matters concerning integration.
